Please note: We can only make the accessibility facilities available to those with permanent disabilities, so unfortunately those with recent injuries / operations, elderly people and pregnant women do not qualify.

ACCESS AROUND THE SITE:

The festival is held at St George’s Quarter, William Brown Street, Liverpool and consists of roads and paved areas.

BOOKABLE ACCESS FACILITIES:

The following access facilities should be pre-booked by emailing sam@hopeandgloryfestival.co.uk once you have bought your ticket.

1) 2 FOR 1 TICKETS FOR PERSONAL ASSISTANTS

Once you’ve bought your full price ticket, email sam@hopeandgloryfestival.co.uk with your details to receive your personal assistant wristband.

2) VIEWING PLATFORM WRISTBAND

A viewing platform with a stewarded accessible toilet is located near the Great Exhibition Stage – you’ll need a viewing platform wristband to access this area. We’ll also provide you with one for your personal assistant so they can join you on the platform.

OTHER SITE-RELATED INFORMATION:

ACCESSIBLE TOILETS:

There will be a stewarded accessible toilet located beside the viewing platform at the GREAT EXHIBITION STAGE and the WONDERS OF THE AGE STAGE, as well as other non-stewarded accessible toilets around the festival site.

ASSISTANCE DOGS:

We welcome assistance dogs onto the site. There will be an area provided for toileting and drinking.

STROBE LIGHTING:

There will be general warning signs around the festival siteregarding the use of strobe lighting. Please note that due to the nature of the artists, it’s likely that strobe lighting will be used during the performances without prior warning.

MEDICAL SERVICES:

There will be a First Aid tent located in the festival site as well as First Aiders patrolling the main area. If you let us know in advance, you’ll be able to store medication with the medical team if refrigeration is needed. ARRIVAL GUIDE

Once you arrive at the site, please head to your allocated gate (details are in the information pack we will send out to you).

Don’t forget your festival tickets, which will be scanned on arrival and swapped for festival wristbands.
