GENERAL FAQ

ALCOHOL

HOPE & GLORY operates under standard UK licencing laws so you need to be over 18 to buy and consume alcohol on site and a Challenge 21 policy will be in place. Please don’t be offended if challenged on your age – see it as a positive that you look younger than you are!

WHAT ALCOHOL WILL BE AVAILABLE ON SITE?

We have a great selection with everything from real ales, wine and cocktails across various bars around the site. Our general Bars area will be signposted as THE HOOP & STICK, the gin palace can be found at MOTHER’S RUIN and you can even get your lips around champagne and cocktails at PRINCE ALBERT’S LITTLE SECRET. Just look for the signs!

CAN WE TAKE ALCOHOL INTO THE FESTIVAL SITE?

Alcohol is not allowed to be brought onto the site but there will be plenty of bars available

WHAT ARE THE BAR PRICES?

We try to keep HOPE & GLORY bar prices reasonable and offer our festival-goers value for money so you can focus on just getting on and having fun.

ONSITE FACILITIES

WILL THERE BE A CASH MACHINE ON SITE?

There won’t be any cash machines on site, but because we’re in a city centre location, there’ll be plenty of ATMs in the surrounding area. The bars will also offer card payment facilities.
